At HolyTemplate, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable for physical items sold by HolyTemplate. If your physical item arrives damaged or incorrect due to a fault of HolyTemplate, we offer a refund or exchange. You must provide proof of damage to be eligible.
Please note that digital products and instant downloads are not eligible for refunds.
2. Time Limit
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@holytemplate.com. Provide your order number, details about the product, reason for requesting a refund, and proof of damage or error.
Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and approving your refund request.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. When returning the item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Exchanges
Instead of a refund, we offer exchanges for services performed by HolyTemplate that are damaged or incorrect due to a fault of HolyTemplate. Please contact our support team at the above email address to initiate an exchange.
