  • WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE FOR PATTERN PRINTING?

    We use HP 18lb translucent bond paper, which is lighter than your average 8.5x11 printer paper and thicker than the tissue paper used by commercial sewing patterns.

  • WHAT IF MY PRINT IS DAMAGED?

    If you’re not satisfied with your order and believe it wasn’t produced according to the specifications you selected, you have 7 days to raise a dispute.

    Our support team will get in touch right away to find a solution.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY / PICKUP OPTIONS?

    Currently we only support shipping to customers in the US. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout depending on weight. We ship via USPS (Priority and Express) and UPS (Ground). We regularly update our shipping rates to keep costs low and accurate.

    Local pickup at our home studio is available for all New York City residents. For enquiries email hello@holytemplate.com.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR PACKAGING OPTIONS?

    All plotter/large-format prints are rolled and packaged in a tube for shipping. If you requested a reprint, your order will be shipped folded in a poly mailer unless otherwise specified.

  • WHEN WILL MY PRINT BE READY?

    Orders are printed and shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. If you need your print expedited please email hello@holytemplate.com.

  • Why is your 3d print shop on a different site?

    We use a helpful tool called layers.app. This helps us streamline your experience and provide you with an instant price for your print unlike other 3d print shops. No more waiting on quotes!

    All payments are secured with Stripe and our policies are the same on Layers as they are on holytemplate.com

  • When will the Laser Lab open?

    We are working on solutions to make the ordering process easier for you. We will notify you as we build the tools to make it happen!

  • HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE THE TEMPLATES?

    Once you purchase the templates they are yours to keep and use as many times as you wish. You can use them for a variety of different clients.

  • WHY DON’T YOU INCLUDE IMAGES OR FONTS IN THE DOWNLOAD FILES?

    The images that we use in our mockups are not ours to distribute, so we can’t include them in the downloaded files. The fonts that we use are not ours to distribute, so we can’t include them in the downloaded files. But they are all free to download, the links have been provided in the files.

  • CAN I REDISTRIBUTE OR RESELL ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?

    No this is not allowed. Resale of our products is strictly prohibited.

  • CAN I GET A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

    Because you receive immediate access to the digital files, we don’t offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any of our products. Before purchasing, make sure you fully understand what’s involved and have the software and ability to edit the files. If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to drop as a message prior to purchasing so that we can resolve any queries you may have. Thank you for understanding!

  • DO YOU SELL ANY PHYSICAL PRODUCTS?

    Yes! We do custom large-format printing. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified when our custom 3D printing and Laser Cutting services are live!

  • DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

    Yes I do create custom work, depending on the project. However, please note custom design work is a minimum of $900 USD with a 50% non-refundable deposit. With the remaining 50% due prior to files being supplied. Deposit, content and images to be supplied prior to commencement of any work taking place.
